About me

I am an Italian accredited Psychologist, a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist, and an EMDR trained therapist.

I have a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Developmental and Communication Psychology from Universitá Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan and am a registered member of the Ordine degli Psicologi della Lombardia (OPL; Association of Psychologists of Lombardy) since 2016, and a Student Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) since 2018.

I completed my Transactional Analysis psychotherapy training at Instituto Torinese di Analisi Transazionale, in Turin, Italy in 2022. To learn more about the Transactional Analysis approach to psychotherapy, please visit My Approach.

Throughout the years I have interned in a psychiatric ward as well as an eating disorder ward and I have been practicing with individual clients as part of my placement since 2018, giving me over 200 client hours.

I also have experience in research, which I have been involved in since 2015, initially at La Nostra Famiglia (Italy) and now at the Anna Fred Centre for Children and Families in London.

I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic space where you can feel free to be who you truly are. I believe that only in a welcoming and supportive space is an individual able to understand the feelings and needs that they have and overcome the difficulties that they are facing.
